At Petfolk, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Timeframes We ship Australia-wide from our local warehouse partners. Standard delivery timeframes are:
- Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide): 2-5 business days
- Regional areas: 4-7 business days
Shipping Rates
- Standard shipping: $8.95 AUD
- Free shipping on all orders over $75 AUD
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Missing or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe please contact us at petfolkau@gmail.com and we'll investigate immediately.
Please Note We currently ship to Australian addresses only. We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers at this time.
